The Business Development Partner Policy of Ecombox.vn is designed to establish a clear and transparent cooperation framework between Ecombox.vn and Partners. The purpose of this policy is to promote sustainable development of the Ecombox.vn ecosystem while providing maximum benefits to both Partners and Ecombox.vn through market expansion, enhanced customer reach, and optimal solutions for the e-commerce seller community.
Ecombox.vn is an advanced technology platform providing comprehensive solutions for sellers on e-commerce platforms, focusing on optimizing logistics operations. Core features include video recording of product packaging for evidence, AI integration to detect under-packaging or over-packaging, and tracking employee packaging performance. Ecombox.vn is committed to providing an effective tool to help sellers reduce costs, enhance credibility, and increase competitiveness in the rapidly growing e-commerce market.
This policy applies to all individuals and organizations approved by Ecombox.vn to become Business Development Partners. By registering and participating in the Partner program, Partners agree to comply with all terms and conditions specified in this policy, as well as current Vietnamese legal regulations.
2. Terms of Cooperation
2.1. Scope of Cooperation
Business Development Partners of Ecombox.vn will conduct promotional activities, consulting, and selling Ecombox.vn products/services to potential customers. These activities include but are not limited to product introduction, customer registration support, and guidance on using Ecombox.vn features. Partners commit to performing these activities professionally, honestly, and in compliance with current legal regulations.
2.2. Revenue and Partner Levels
Revenue generated from customers who register accounts through referral links provided by Ecombox.vn to Partners will be the basis for calculating monthly commissions and increasing Partner levels. Ecombox.vn applies a Partner level model (Silver, Gold, Diamond) based on cumulative revenue over a 12-month cycle from the Partner's successful registration date. Level upgrades/maintenance/downgrades will be periodically reviewed based on Partner revenue performance.
2.3. Prohibited and Unauthorized Marketing Activities
Partners are not allowed to use any aggressive marketing programs or techniques that may negatively impact Ecombox.vn. Specifically, Partners are not permitted to purchase keyword searches (such as Google Adwords) or buy domain names related to Ecombox.vn's protected trademarks. Partners also may not use Ecombox.vn's email marketing without Ecombox.vn's consent. If permitted, communication must meet general marketing channel standards (such as always including an unsubscribe option, no spam, spyware, and no spam emails to customers).
3. Commission Policy
3.1. Commission Structure
Ecombox.vn applies a progressive commission policy based on Partner level and service type. Commissions are calculated on revenue generated from customers successfully referred by Partners. Details of commission rates for each level and service type are shown in the table below:

Note: Software commission applies for 36 months from customer registration. Hardware commission of 5% applies to all hardware revenue from customers for 36 months.
3.2. Commission Calculation and Payment Method
Commissions are calculated based on actual revenue generated from customers who register and use Ecombox.vn services through the Partner's referral link. This revenue is accumulated over 12 months to determine the Partner level. Commission payment periods are finalized on the last day of each month and paid on the 10th of the following month. Ecombox.vn will provide detailed reports on revenue and generated commissions to Partners periodically.
3.3. Order Acceptance and Rejection Conditions
Order Acceptance Conditions:
- Customer completes 100% payment.
- Customer registers from a referral link confirmed as compliant by Ecombox.vn.
- Customer's email and phone number are not in Ecombox.vn's system and do not match other parties within 30 days.
Order Rejection Conditions:
- Advertising violates Ecombox.vn regulations.
- Cases of fraud where Ecombox.vn provides evidence.
3.4. Cookie and Compliant Ref Link Policy
- Cookies: Cookie storage period is 90 days. Ecombox.vn will record customers by email identifier and phone number that appear first in the system. Customers who register from any ref link source first will have commission calculated for that ref link source (First Click).
- Compliant Ref Link:
- Ref link customer registration information must not be initiated by Ecombox.vn internal staff or agents.
- Information from ref link must go to the system automatically without being transferred to any CRM identifier (exceptions must be registered with Ecombox.vn).
- Ref link must not have intervention from Ecombox.vn internal staff or agents.
- Special cases must be approved in writing by Ecombox.vn.
4. Registration Process
4.1. Registration Process
To become an Ecombox.vn Business Development Partner, individuals/organizations need to follow these steps:
- Step 1: Access registration link: Partner accesses Ecombox.vn's official Partner registration link.
- Step 2: Fill in information: Complete the registration form with necessary personal/organizational information (name, address, contact information, bank information, etc.). Ensure the information provided is accurate and complete.
- Step 3: Submit profile and wait for approval: After filling in all information, Partner submits the registration profile and waits for Ecombox.vn to review and approve.
4.2. Approval Process
Ecombox.vn will review the Partner's registration profile within 3-5 business days from receiving the complete profile. The approval process includes information verification, capability assessment, and cooperation potential evaluation of the Partner. Ecombox.vn has the right to request Partners to provide additional information or supplementary documents if necessary.
After the profile is approved, Ecombox.vn will send a confirmation notification to the Partner via email or other communication channels, along with access link to the Partner management page and necessary guidance documents. If the profile is not approved, Ecombox.vn will notify the reason to the Partner.
5. Partner Responsibilities
5.1. Activities and Promotion
Partners are responsible for proactively conducting promotional activities and introducing Ecombox.vn products/services to potential customers. Partners commit to using legal, honest promotional methods that do not mislead customers. Partners must not engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or unacceptable activities that may negatively affect Ecombox.vn's reputation and brand.
5.2. Legal and Regulatory Compliance
Partners commit to complying with all current legal regulations of Vietnam related to business activities, including but not limited to regulations on payment, advertising, promotions, intellectual property protection, consumer rights protection, and tax regulations. Partners are fully responsible for the accuracy and honesty of information about goods and services they provide or promote. Partners must provide necessary documents during e-commerce activities, including business registration certificates, certificates of origin and quality of goods, promotion and advertising licenses, etc.
5.3. Information Confidentiality
Partners are responsible for keeping confidential all information related to Ecombox.vn, including but not limited to customer information, business data, commission policy, and other internal documents. Partners may not disclose, use, or share this information with any third party without written consent from Ecombox.vn.
5.4. Customer Support
Partners are responsible for supporting customers during registration, using Ecombox.vn products/services, and resolving initial customer inquiries. In cases of complex issues or requiring in-depth support, Partners need to coordinate closely with Ecombox.vn's support team to ensure customers receive timely and effective support.
5.5. Tax and Invoice Responsibilities
Selling prices listed on Ecombox.vn are the final prices Partners sell to Customers, including but not limited to import tax, special consumption tax, value-added tax (VAT), etc. The tax rate of each tax type will follow current legal regulations.
6. Ecombox Responsibilities
6.1. Product and Service Provision
Ecombox.vn commits to providing high-quality, stable, and reliable products/services to customers referred by Partners. Ecombox.vn will continuously improve and develop new features to meet the increasingly high market demands and bring maximum value to users.
6.2. Partner Support
Ecombox.vn is responsible for providing complete tools, documents, and necessary information to support Partners during operations. Ecombox.vn will provide separate referral links for each Partner, a transparent revenue and commission tracking system, and a professional support team to answer questions and assist Partners when needed.
6.3. After-Sales Service Responsibilities
Ecombox is responsible for providing, implementing, supporting, and warranty/maintenance services for customers referred by Partners. Partners provide pre-sales support and fully hand over leads to Ecombox; Partners must not represent Ecombox to make commitments beyond the scope of official documents.
6.4. Commission Payment
Ecombox.vn commits to paying commissions to Partners on time and in full according to the announced commission policy. Ecombox.vn will provide detailed reports on revenue and generated commissions, ensuring transparency and clarity in all transactions.
6.5. Brand and Information Protection
Ecombox.vn is responsible for protecting its brand, reputation, and confidential information. Ecombox.vn also commits to protecting personal information of Partners and customers according to data protection legal regulations. Ecombox.vn will apply necessary measures to ensure information security for Users and will not disclose, transfer, rent, or sell this information without consent from related parties.
6.6. Dispute Resolution and Investigation Support
Ecombox.vn will actively support state management agencies to investigate business behaviors violating the law; provide documents such as registration information, transaction data history of subjects with law-violating behaviors. Ecombox.vn will also have timely handling measures when detecting or receiving reports about business behaviors violating the law. When customers have conflicts with Partners or suffer legal interest damage, Ecombox.vn will actively support customers to protect their legal rights and interests.
7. Duration & Termination
7.1. Cooperation Duration
This Partner Policy is effective from October 15, 2025, and will continue to be effective until there is a policy termination notice from Ecombox.vn. Specific cooperation duration with each Partner will be specified in separate cooperation agreements, if any.
7.2. Cooperation Termination
In case either party violates any terms in this policy, the violated party has the right to send written notice to the violating party requesting remediation within 30 (thirty) business days. If after this deadline, the violating party does not remedy or continues to violate, the violated party has the right to immediately terminate the cooperation agreement.
Partners also have the right to terminate the cooperation agreement with Ecombox.vn at any time by sending written notice to Ecombox.vn at least 30 (thirty) days before the intended termination date.
7.3. Consequences of Cooperation Termination
When the cooperation agreement terminates, Partners must immediately stop all promotional and introduction activities of Ecombox.vn products/services. All unpaid rights and commissions of Partners will be processed according to Ecombox.vn regulations. Partners are responsible for removing all promotional materials and items of Ecombox.vn from their website, communication channels, or other platforms. All benefits Partners enjoy will immediately terminate.
8. Other Terms
8.1. Dispute Resolution
All disputes arising from or related to this policy will be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the two parties. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute will be brought to the competent Court in Ho Chi Minh City according to legal regulations.
8.2. Policy Amendment
Ecombox.vn has the right to modify, supplement, or update this policy at any time. Ecombox.vn will notify Partners at least 07 (seven) business days before changes take effect. Notification will be sent via email or announced on Ecombox.vn's official website. Partners are responsible for regularly checking and updating policy changes.
8.3. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights related to products, services, brands, logos, documents, and other assets of Ecombox.vn are owned by Ecombox.vn. Partners may not use or copy these assets without written consent from Ecombox.vn.
8.4. Liability Disclaimer
Ecombox.vn is not responsible for any damage, loss, or cost arising from Partner violation of this policy, misuse of Ecombox.vn products/services, or other actions beyond Ecombox.vn's control. Partners are fully responsible for their activities and consequences arising therefrom. To the full extent permitted by law, Ecombox.vn is not liable for any punitive, incidental, or consequential damage and/or loss related to Ecombox.vn including economic damages (including but not limited to loss of revenue, profit, contracts, business, or anticipated savings); or any reputation or goodwill damage; or any special, indirect, or consequential damage arising from or related to Ecombox.vn.
8.5. Applicable Law
This policy is applied in Vietnam. If anything goes against Vietnamese law, Partners will be jointly liable.
