Payment Policy

Ecombox provides flexible payment methods including online payment via PayOS and Cash on Delivery (COD). We are committed to protecting customer payment information with the highest security standards.

1. Payment Methods

Online payment supports the following methods:

  • QR Code Scan - Fast payment via banking app
  • Bank Transfer - Direct transfer via internet banking
  • E-Wallet - Support popular e-wallets

If not paying via PayOS, you can transfer directly to the company account:

Pay cash when receiving goods:

  • Pay directly to delivery staff
  • Check goods before payment
  • Receive invoice upon delivery
  • Applicable to all delivery areas

Commitment: Ecombox does not store customer credit/debit card information. All payment information is processed directly through secure payment gateways licensed by the State Bank of Vietnam.

5. Order Cancellation and Refund

5.1. Cancel Order Before Delivery

  • Customers can cancel orders free of charge before the order is delivered to the shipping unit
  • After the order has been delivered to the shipper, customers will have to pay shipping fees (if any)
  • Contact customer service immediately to cancel the order quickly

5.2. Refund Time

Note: Refund time may be longer during holidays, Tet or due to bank/e-wallet policies. Ecombox will process refunds immediately after receiving valid requests.

6. Transaction Fees

Free transaction fees for all payment methods

Ecombox does not charge any additional transaction fees when customers pay. The product price displayed is the final price you pay (excluding shipping fees).

7. VAT Invoice Issuance

When needing VAT, Ecombox will send an email to you.

Required information:

  • Company name
  • Tax code
  • Company address
  • Email to receive electronic invoice

Note: Please provide invoice information within 3 days from the order date. After this time, we cannot issue invoices for that order.

8. Discount Codes and Promotions

  • Discount codes are applied at checkout
  • Each order can only use one discount code
  • Cannot combine multiple promotions (unless otherwise specified)
  • Discount codes cannot be converted to cash
  • Check the applicable conditions of each code before use

💡 Tip: Follow email, SMS and fanpage to receive exclusive discount codes and special promotion information.

9. Payment Error Handling

If you encounter an error when paying, please check:

Card Declined

Check balance, transaction limit, or contact issuing bank to unlock online transactions

Payment Timeout

Check internet connection and try again. If money was deducted but order not created, contact customer service immediately

OTP Code Not Received

Check phone number registered with bank, or request to resend OTP code

Other Errors

Contact customer service via email or hotline for immediate support
